
FATAHILLAH SQUARE Located in the historic center of the Dutch colonial administration in the 18th century, which is now popularly known as Kota Tua, the Old City of Jakarta, this square offers three of the city’s most interesting museums: Jakarta History Museum, the Puppet Museum, and the Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum. A nice restaurant, Café Batavia serves great food with an authentic period decoration and atmosphere. The square is always bustling with activities on Saturday nights and Sundays.
